Halfway through his first headlining tour, Chase Bryant was filled with pride as he took the stage in Greensboro, NC at the new Cone Denim Entertainment Center downtown. In what turned out to be a very intimate venue audience, Bryant took the time to share his country music background, his love for small town heritage, and his desire to just simply “keep it country.”
Last month Chase Bryant hit some impressive milestones, including having his hit single “Take It On Back” become a Top 10 Country Song on the Billboard Country Airplay Chart. He also spent many consecutive weeks on the CMT Hot 20 Countdown!
Bryant is trekking cross country as a debut headliner on the Take It On Back Tour.
The name comes from his hit-single “Take It On Back,” which appears on Bryant’s debut EP (co-produced with Derek George). Bryant co-wrote the songs on the EP, including audience favorites like “Change Your Name,” “Little Bit of You,” and “Jet Black Pontiac.”
Bryant filled his set with personable anecdotes about his teenage inspirations for songwriting and his experiences as a growing artist. He was especially excited to announce that when other news outlets ask if his is “rock-country” or “pop-country,” that he confidently tells them “just country”.
At such a young age, his stage presence and musical talent are impressive. It is pretty clear that this young performer will be selling out much larger venues in the very near future!
Bryant still has a month of touring left on his Take It On Back Tour. Is he coming to a city near you?? For a full list of dates visit: http://www.chasebryant.com/tour.
