@tlcm_16Chris Colfer is never one to shy away from a challenge, so a starring role in a biopic sounds like a good next step. Colfer has signed on to portray a young Noel Coward, a gay English playwright who rose to fame in the early 20th century. Coward was known for his fashion, voice, writing ability and wit as well as his "British-isms." It sounds like the perfect person for Chris Colfer to play considering he is known for possessing the same attributes; plus he has the hilarious theory that he is in fact, in line for the British thrown. Colfer seemingly confirmed the casting news by posting the following photo this his Instagram: Other British heavy-weights rumoured to be in talks to sign along Chris include Sir Ian McKellen, Vanessa Regrave and Johnathan Pryce. Just imagine Chris Colfer and Ian McKellen together in a film and hanging out on set together. That would be EPIC! The film, working under the title Noel, filming is hoping to get underway in the UK later this summer. Keep checking in with PopWrapped for more news about the movie!
