CSI Cancelled After 15 Seasons: Plans For MAJOR TV Movie

After 15 seasons, long running CSI will see a TV movie this fall to wrap everything up, including bringing back former cast members.

You want closure?

You’re going to get it!!

‘CSI’ fans all over the world were devastated to learn that their favorite show had been cancelled by CBS and wouldn’t be moving forward with a 16th season.

The long running drama, which originally starred William Petersen and Marg Helgenberger, will wrap up the series with a two hour long movie event on September 27th this year.

ALL of the original stars of the show (including Petersen and Helgenberger) including current stars Ted Danson and Elisabeth Shue, will return for the movie. George Eads, Jorja Fox, Eric Szmanda, Robert David Hall, David Berman, Wallace Langham, Elisabeth Harnois and Jon Wellner are all set to reprise their roles.

While majority of the cast will be back, no word if original member Gary Dourdan, who played Warrick before he was killed off, will make any sort of appearance. Maybe a flashback?

In other exciting news, Danson will take his character D.B. Russell with him over to new ‘CSI’ spin-off ‘Cyber’, starring Oscar winner Patricia Arquette.

‘Cyber’ remains the franchise’s lone series.
