One week ago, Kanye West was a musical guest on Saturday Night Live, hosted by Melissa McCarthy. After production staff modified Kanye's set (due to shiny flooring reflecting lights which messed with the cameras), Kanye went on a tirade yelling at staff members that he is "fifty percent more influential" than other creatives and historical figures. More like fifty percent as influential, if not way less. He also yelled at SNL production staff, telling them "don't f**k with me" and labelled Taylor Swift a "fake ass." Listen to his full rant online from Page Six.
Deadpool has recently been trying to host an episode of SNL. Not to be outdone, Wade Wilson showed the internet he can be just as much of a diva as Kanye can. Known for running his mouth just as much as Kanye is, Deadpool parodies Kanye's rant in a message to SNL executive producer Lorne Michaels.
The video, posted to Ryan Reynolds' YouTube channel, is coming on the heels of the success of the R-rated comic book movie, Deadpool.
In addition to making news for breaking box-office records, a Change.org petition has been making the rounds online, requesting Lorne Michaels let Deadpool host Saturday Night Live. Petition writer Andrew Stege suggests that Deadpool's style of humor would be perfect for breaking the fourth wall in SNL sketches and that there are "unlimited possibilities!!!" At the time of writing, the petition sits just 3,000 signatures shy of the 75,000 signature goal.

Deadpool is still playing in theaters, so make sure you don't miss out. The reviews are certified fresh! In the meantime, head over to Change.org and sign that petition so fans can get the best SNL episode in recent history.
Was Kanye right to be upset with SNL for changing his set? Who was the bigger diva, Deadpool or Kanye? Let us know in the comment section.
