deCasa Teases His EP With The Video For Lead Single “nobodyKnows”

Puerto Rican born artist deCasa is slowly starting to make waves in the music world. An alternative and multi-instrument playing individual, he’s someone who specialises in being VERY hands on with every task and challenge he sets himself, especially when it comes to his music. Now based in Texas, he’s already earned himself quite the following thanks to the songs he’s written and produced himself, as well as his uniquely creative and attention-grabbing marketing strategies.

With his EP Runaway out at the end of the week, with an accompanying visualizer that brings the project together, deCasa is giving fans a taste of what they can expect from the four-track collection and recently dropped the lead single “nobodyKnows”, the video for which PopWrapped are delighted to premiere. The song is perhaps the strongest release of deCasa’s career and makes for an exciting addition to his already impressive catalogue of tracks.

In his own words, “nobodyKnows” was “..inspired by an old friend’s father’s death. The lyrics are written in his perspective on how he felt with his father’s passing. The visualizer, done by this really cool Australian artist, Buzz Badsville, really does an amazing job of tying it all together. It has a bit of every song in it. You see in the passenger’s seat the urn with my friend’s father’s ashes and in the backseat – memories – you see family pictures.”

The release of his EP is also likely to see interest in deCasa’s live performances increase along with his following across social media platforms and while the return of concerts as we know – or knew them – might be some way off, deCasa’s collection and his visualizer should be more than enough to tide fans over in the meantime.
