Finally! The long wait is over. It has recently been announced that The Black Keys will release a new single March 24th.
Since their release of El Camino back in 2011, the band (Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney) has been doing their own thing. Auerbach has been collaborating with various artists such as Lana Del Ray as well as winning a Grammy in 2013 for Producer of the Year. Carney on the other hand has been producing for artists such as The Black Lips’.
But the boys have stayed together regardless, performing on The Colbert Report and at the Roseland Ballroom for Super Bowl XLVIII. And most importantly, for us at least, coming together to record their newest single “Fever”. Oh and I forgot to mention, a NEW album! Turn Blue will be out on May 13th.
So who is excited for the new single? I know I am!
