Country music legend Dolly Parton is set to collaborate with pop princess Katy Perry at the upcoming ACM Awards!

Dolly and Katy will perform together at the ACM Awards on April 3rd in Las Vegas. At the event Dolly will be presented with an award for her critically acclaimed film Coat of Many Colors. In an exclusive press release the country darling revealed that Perry, a longtime fan, would be presenting the award and joining Parton for a performance!

What do you think about the twosome’s upcoming collaboration? We’re looking forward to seeing what the ladies can dream up together, especially since it’s rumored that their collaboration has been a long time in the making. Last year Katy Perry attempted to recruit Dolly to join in the festivities during the Super Bowl Halftime Show.
