Amid ridiculous controversy regarding the Starbucks red cup, Dunkin Donuts has unveiled their holiday cup.
Did Dunkin always plan to have a holiday themed coffee cup? They had one last year so it would seem this is just part of their plan for the holidays, and not a response to the Starbucks backlash. Although, why there is any backlash on a red cup at all is beyond me.
Dunkin Donuts' holiday cup is simple and shows the word "Joy" surrounded by Christmas tree leaves of green and a silver-looking color.
It screams holiday spirit and I can't wait to get a Dunkaccino served in one! Will Donald Trump wage war on these too since they don't say the actual word "Christmas"? Only time will tell, folks.
Personally, I'm just going to go drink my coffee in whatever cup gets passed through the window.
What do you think of Dunkin's holiday cup?
