In a rather strategic move on Sony’s part, it was announced shortly after their E3 press conference last night that the original Ratchet & Clank would be receiving a slick 1080p can of paint as it is being remade for the PS4!
The PS4 version of the iconic action platformer is currently slated for a 2015 release, and it’s not without its extra frills and thrills to get fans of the series even more excited about the whole shindig. The newly revised Ratchet & Clank will be released in conjunction with its silver screen debut, which was previously announced back in April of 2013.
We have finally gotten ourselves a trailer for the film, though, which you can see below. Other than showing off our beloved heroes in fully realized theater-quality HD like never before, the trailer is full of tons of kid-friendly quirks that are sure to make it a hit when it debuts next year.
The PS4 remake along with it is practically icing on the cake! It’s premier icing, too; worthy of eating up by the droves.
