Sources claim that leading lady, Emma Watson is having to turn down some terrific film roles to focus on her studies. This will come as little surprise to fans who are well aware of Watson's dedication to her education. The Potterhead Princess is currently completing her last year at Brown University in Rhode Island, where she will soon be awarded her degree in English Literature after many years of hard work. Though her post-Potter success has caused her to be very much in demand with big-name directors; Emma Watson only has eyes for her her finals next month, which she intends on smashing. A source allegedly spoke with The Mirror last week to insist that “Emma is in demand with Hollywood directors but has so much to focus on with her studies that she has had to pass on a few things – she simply can’t do everything. It’s tough but she believes it was the right thing.” Now 23 years old, Watson recently tweeted some motivation to her followers, urging them to keep calm and carry on over the Christmas vacation. Watson originally began studying at the Ivy League school back in 2009 after achieving exceptional A-level results; however, her commitment to the Harry Potter franchise meant she had to drop out temporarily to film The Deathly Hallows Part 2. After studying at Oxford University for a year as an exchange student, she also found time to film The Perks of Being a Wallflower, The Bling Ring and Noah. On the topic of why she chose to mix studying with filming during part of her degree, Watson explained to the New York Times, “My first two years at Brown weren't easy… At Brown everyone does completely different things and very much chooses their own path, which is great, but it's also much more difficult, too. You're not with a group of people all the time at one time.” We at PopWrapped wish everyone facing finals this year the best in all their endeavors! To quote Miss Watson, "You can dooo ittttt!!!"
