Jim Kelly, star of classic martial arts movie Enter The Dragon, has died at the age of 67. Kelly’s ex-wife Marilyn Dishman took to Facebook on June 29 to tell fans of his death which is reported to be after a battle with cancer.
Kelly has rarely been seen on screen following the end of his acting career in 1983. Instead he began working as a professional tennis coach. His final movie appearance was in 2009 in the movie Afro Ninja, which was released straight to DVD. Kelly attended the 2009 San Diego Comic-Con where huge crowds gathered to see the martial artist.
