Eva LaRue Teases All My Children Reunion: PopWrapped At Sundance

PopWrapped host Arthur Marroquin caught up with Eva LaRue at the Sundance Film Festival. She teased a new project and an All My Children reunion.

When a friend tells you she has room in her condo at Sundance, you hop on a plane. That’s exactly what actress Eva LaRue did.

Eva is best known for portraying Dr. Maria Santos Grey on All My Children and Natalie Boa Vista on CSI: Miami. She has also recently guest starred on Fuller House and Max & Moxy.

Eva was not at the film festival promoting a particular project; she was there simply to have fun. “I flew up last night and I’m just gonna be here ’til Monday, but I’m gonna run run around and see some movies … go to a bunch of parties,” Eva said. There are movies, music performances and gifting suites. It’s the perfect place to have fun.

Sundance turned into a reunion of sorts because she kept running into friends from New York, Orange County and Miami. “Literally, everybody’s come from everywhere, and it’s just been like old home week,” Eva said.

Just because she checking out lounge suites and see performers such as Common and John Legend doesn’t mean she’s not working. “Right now I’m developing my own series with Lionsgate, so we’re working on finding a new writer,” Eva said. She can’t share any details yet, but we’ll be here ready and waiting when she can tell us something!

The actress is excited to share news about reuniting with her All My Children costars. “I’m not supposed to say anything yet, but there is — we’re going to have a mini All My Children reunion,” Eva said.

All My Children was cancelled six years ago after spending 41 years on the air. Fans will be thrilled to see their Pine Valley favorites together again. Daytime legend Susan Lucci (Erica Kane) is co-hosting Hallmark’s Home & Family this week, and she will be joined by several co-stars for a reunion. In addition to Eva LaRue, Peter Bergman (Cliff Warner), Kim Delaney (Jenny Gardner), Lawrence Lau (Greg Nelson), Eden Riegel (Bianca Montgomery), Kathleen Noone (Ellen Shepherd), John Callahan (Edmund Grey), Rebecca Budig (Greenlee Smythe) and Cameron Mathison (Ryan Lavery) will also be present at the reunion.

Viewers can expect to see a segment on super couples, the Kane family and a tribute to late AMC cast members and series creator Agnes Nixon. The AMC reunion special airs on February 2’s episode of Home & Family at 10am on Hallmark.
