Portland-based duo, Yellow Trash Can is defining their music genre with their new single titled “Hey Crazy”.
The duo consists of multi-instrumentalist Jason Navarrette and Sony ATV songwriter Jitta On The Track.
With plenty of songs about toxic relationships, the duo showcases how easy it is to get in them and the impact a lot of people struggle with in those kinds of situations. The 90’s inspired alternative indie bop tells the mental conflicts that abusive relationships have.
“It can happen to anyone and we’d like to raise awareness about it,” explains the duo. “feeling defeated because of a relationship is one of the most draining feeling we’ve ever felt.“
