Exclusive: Zeke Hunter Premieres New Track “Staring At The Sky”

As a talented musician with a growing fan-base, PopWrapped are delighted to premiere the latest track from Zeke Hunter entitled “Staring At The Sky”

A gifted instrumentalist from an early age who taught himself to play the saxophone, bass, guitar and piano, New York-based Zeke Hunter was surrounded by musical influences long before he stepped foot inside a recording studio to work on his own material.

His father ran a small recording studio in their apartment and worked with Queen Latifah, something which no doubt impacted Zeke’s decision to be part of the industry.

Zeke, then, went on to play as a member of now defunct band Run On The Sun, performing at numerous festivals as well as on the Sirius XM show Howard 101. When the band split in 2012, he opted to branch out on his own and channel his time and energy into his own material, writing and creating the music he had always dreamed of.

With a growing fan-base and support from the likes of PureVolume, PopWrapped are thrilled to premiere the Zeke’s latest track “Staring At The Sky”, taken from his forthcoming debut EP Nuclear Feel, scheduled for release in January 2016.

The track pays particular attention to Zeke’s vocal abilities which take centre stage thanks to the stripped back, relaxed instrumentation and makes a refreshing change from the heavy riff laden rock songs that often dominate the charts.
