The first picture of the upcoming The Inbetweeners Movie 2 has been released.
The image is said to be from the film’s location in Australia showing Jay, Simon, Will and Neil at an amusement park. The image is accompanied by “After another week of English embarrassments in Australia here are four more for you.”
Following the success of the first movie, the second will be directed by creators of the TV series Iain Morris and Damon Beesley and it is also confirmed that Simon Bird, James Buckley, Joe Thomas and Blake Harrison will indeed be returning for the second film.
Shooting for the movie began December 7 in Australia and will move to the UK in January.
It has also been confirmed that former Harry Potter actor Freddie Storma (who played the character of Cormac McLaggen) will join the cast in this movie as a young, rich man who encounters the quartet during their travels.
The Inbetweeners Movie 2 will be released in August 2014 in the UK & Ireland.
