Remember when we were all excited to have our two favorite New Zealanders, Bret McKenzie and Jermaine Clement, back on our screens? Well, joke’s on us, because the rumors of the return of HBO’s Flight of the Conchords has officially been shut down.
The self titled, “New Zealand’s fourth most popular guitar-based digi-bongo acapella-rap-funk-comedy folk duo” broke a few hearts when Clement confirmed on Twitter that there had in fact been a mix-up and the show will not be returning for another four episodes:
Before this rumour gets out of hand – we are not working on a 4 ep Conchords show for hbo… https://t.co/q1607H5vg8

On the bright side however the two are working on a different comedy series with HBO, and we are sure it won’t disappoint! But in the mean time, get Flight of the Conchords playing and start jamming to some of the coolest songs and finest they have to offer!

That’s why they’re called business socks
It’s business, it’s business time”
