Gay Kentucky Couple Wrongfully Denied Marriage Certificate Again | kentucky

Pro-discrimination and overall stellar human being Kim Davis has a hold of the Rowan county marriage license printer and is still pouting that those damned gays can get married. If her name isn't ringing a bell, that's probably a good thing,  because you've avoided the misery that she's weighing down on two men from Kentucky.

The Supreme Court handed down the final say in June in regards to same-sex couples: they can get married and be treated as the equals that they are. Back in July, just a few days after the landmark court ruling, David Moore and David Ermold headed into their local government building to get a marriage license. What should have been a wonderful step towards their happy (and nationally legal) marriage ended up being a frustration of master proportions. The press ate this story up, as it's just another sign of people just flat-out  being assholes; there really is no other way to put it. Maybe all this exposure will guarantee some more equality-minded individuals will be voted into Rowan County office in 2016.

Trying for a second time on August 13th, the two men headed back in for a marriage license and were once more denied. Why? Because NOBODY can get a marriage license in Rowan County right now. Even after having an injunction slammed down upon the office, the county clerk is still figuratively sitting there with her arms folded like a 5 year old... except for this time, she's got her son doing the dirty work for her. This is why you need to pay attention who you vote into office - because apparently even at county level they can ruin the happier aspects your life.

The video of the second attempt is below showing the men, along with a few reporters, trying to get the license and being denied because of some bullshit paperwork excuse:

The laws have been passed, suck it up and do the job that the taxpayers elected you to do. Speaking on behalf of PopWrapped, we truly hope that David and David are able to finally procure a marriage license and have the best wedding imaginable!
