There’s a famous expression that tells us to "take an opportunity and run with it." That is exactly what Heather Morris did to earn her spot on Glee
and into Gleeks' hearts.
Heather was originally brought onto the Glee
set to teach Chris Colfer (Kurt) Beyoncé’s “Single Ladies” routine. She obviously impressed the right people while she was there, and the producers were still looking for another Cheerio to act alongside Quinn and Santana.

Thankfully, Heather was cast to play the loveable yet ditzy Brittany S. Pierce and the rest, as they say, is history.
From the minute we got a glimpse of Brittany as a character, we Gleeks wanted more.
She has delivered many of the shows infamous one liners, including “dolphins are just gay sharks;” “Mr. Shue is that your son?"; “I have pepperoni in my bra;” “I don't wanna die yet. At least not until One Tree Hill gets cancelled;” and, my personal favorite: “I'm more talented than all of you. I see that clearly now.”

While Brittany has turned into one of the most quotable characters on Glee
, we also got to know her through her relationships. Especially her relationship with her beloved cat Lord Tubbington, and best friend turned girlfriend Santana.
While we watched Brittany embark into relationships with Artie and Sam, fans truly fell in love with the Brittana relationship. We all watched these two fall in love, and the world also fell in love with the them as a couple..
From Season 1, Gleeks constantly wished for this relationship to blossom, because deep down, everyone knew they were meant to be together.
Thankfully everyone got what we had been waiting for, a Brittana relationship for the ages. Even though they broke up, we all know they are meant to be together. In the end we also got a fabulous rendition of “Landslide,” that truly gave everyone hope for this relationship.
While Heather can most definitely sing, she can also bust a serious move.
She finally got a chance to test out her singing in Season 2, “Brittany/Britney.”
Throughout the whole episode Gleeks were wowed at her voice, and left wondering why this was hidden from us!
The episode is remembered for many things, but her rendition of “Toxic” was fantastic and even led to a riot!
In Season 3 Brittany got to showcase her dancing and singing abilities in “I Wanna Dance With Somebody” and “Run the World.”
The first time that Brittany was given the opportunity to be in the spotlight with her dancing was “Valerie.” While that performance is remembered for Santana’s vocals, the smooth dancing from Mike Chang and Brittany is also so dynamic and memorable.
Another opportunity where Brittany got to showcase her triple threat was in the episode “Blame it on the Alcohol.” Brittany’s version of “Tik Tok,” is both Ke$haesque and hilarious all rolled into one, making it so easy to love that routine.
While Heather has not revised her character of Brittany since the end of Season 4, Brittana and Brittany fans prepare yourself, because she is all set to return to Lima Ohio in Glee’

Heather took time off because she was pregnant with her first child, a beautiful baby boy who was born last year named Elijah.
So what is in store for Brittany? Is she still at MIT,? Will Santana and Brittany get back together? Most importantly, are we going to see her lovely face on our screen every week?
So many questions! I guess the only way to find out the truth is to tune into the 100th
