When someone says Lea Michele, many things probably pop into your head. Amazing singer, show stopping actress, caring person, and the being behind Ms. Rachel Berry. While Lea Michele was a Broadway star before her breakthrough on the hit show Glee
, she has skyrocketed to stardom through the show and its ever so loyal fan base. Lea while she can relate to her character as Rachel Berry, both share Barbra Streisand as idols, are the perfect fit got the Broadway classic Funny Girl
, and both are destined for greatness. While Rachel’s success is confined to Glee
, Lea’s accomplishments are going to go well beyond the hit show.
When Rachel Berry was first introduced, Gleeks were immediately attracted to her sheer determination and straight forward attitude. From the very first episode, fans were instantly attracted to the idea of Finn Hudson and Rachel Berry as a couple. From the quirky all-star boy next door to the over achieving hardheaded Jewish girl, Finchel was born. The Finchel worshipers have had a roller-coaster ride of emotions while taking the Glee
journey. The most stable season for the couple was Season 3, where Finn and Rachel were set to get married. As all Gleeks know, the beloved couple did not wed. Instead, Rachel went off to New York and Finn was left to join the Army. With Cory Monteith’s untimely death, fans not only of the show, but of the real life couple were left in shock and heartbreak. It also left a hole in the show that no one could really fill. However, not only Glee
but also Lea, have handled the tragic circumstances with grace, poise, and composure. Her maturity in light of the tragedy have made people fall in love with Lea Michele even more.
You can’t talk about Rachel Berry or Lea Michele without raving on the epic performances that have been put on. There have been many different performances throughout the season that have left Gleeks picking their jaw off of the ground. In the very first competition, Rachel belted out her personal favorite song “Don’t Rain on My Parade.” Boy did she leave everyone speechless and secretly wanting an encore. While Rachel’s singing abilities have always been evident, that does not mean she still can’t wow us with a breathtaking performance. While she has had incredible performances in the confines of the choir room, her star shines the brightest when all spotlights are on her. From her rendition of “Here’s to Us” in Season 3, to her romantic and fan favorite duet with Finn “Faithfully,” and her national clinching solo “It’s All Coming Back to me Now” in Season 3. There are so many different performances that have blown our minds. Another classic Rachel Berry performance went back to Glee’s
roots by remaking “Don’t Stop Believing." This time making the song into a classic Rachel Berry performance, and not to mention it garnered her the Funny Girl
Staying on the unforgettable performances, there is no way, that “We’ve Got Tonight,” and “Make You Feel My Love” does not make the cut. Both songs are remarkable because of the emotional performances involved. Rachel Berry is famous for those types of pieces, but the two performances listed prove her love and connection with Finn, also more than likely leaving the viewer in a blubbering mess. More than likely during Rachel’s moving tribute song “Make You Feel My Love” to her late boyfriend during the episode “The Quarterback.”
While everyone is enamored by Rachel Berry, people adore Lea Michele. A born and raised New Yorker has so many loveably qualities that make her such a relatable person. She is always willing to connect with her fans, and give them the sneak peak of her latest project. The multidimensional star is constantly on the move promotion various projects. From Glee

Lea Michele is not only a great singer, but she is also greatly devoted to making the world a better place. She is deeply involved with many different charities, but organizations that are close to her heart is Chrysalis, PETA, and various LGBT organizations. This proves that her heart is larger than her petite frame.

She is a beacon for people who are going through problems or experiencing a loss. The way she walks through life with such independence and beauty is remarkable.
