When Cory Monteith announced his decision to check himself into rehab a few weeks ago, support began pouring in from Gleeks and his co-workers alike.
In an interview with People Magazine, his co-star Naya Rivera who plays Santana on Glee told them: “He’s such an amazing person, and it takes a lot to be able to admit that you have a problem and then seek help.”
She also told them how the entire cast has been supporting him through rehab, especially his girlfriend and co-star Lea Michele.
“We’re all one big family. He’s a member of our family, so we want to see him get better,” she stated. Rivera is not the first Glee actor to voice their support, with Mark Salling stating that Monteith’s decision to enter rehab “takes balls”.
