Los Angeles police are investigating death threats aimed at Mia Talerico, the 5-year-old actress who plays Charlie Duncan on the Disney Channel’s popular show Good Luck Charlie.
TMZ reports that the child star received these threats via her Instagram account. One such message read, “Die Mia, F**king Die in hell! Kill yourself, you deserve to die.” This understandably made Talerico’s family very upset, and the police are taking the situation very seriously.
Another message contained a picture of the child’s head, with a bloody fist overlayed with the words “yes, kill you stupid bitch.”
Talerico’s mother contacted Disney security and then the LAPD Threat Management Unit pursued the case and are following any and all leads. Law enforcement assures us they are making a full court press to catch the responsible parties.
