Grimm Cast Potential Love Interest For Det. Hank Griffin

Kayleigh Falvey

Staff Writer

TV Line has revealed that Sharon Leal has been cast as a “potential love interest” for Detective Hank Griffin in the third season of NBC’s Grimm. People will know Leal from the film Dreamgirls were she played Michelle. She also had roles in Boston Public, Private Practice, Hellcats and guest starred in an episode of Suits alongside Russell Hornsby. According to TV Line, “Leal will appear in multiple Season 3 episodes as Zuri Ellis, the healthcare pro who’s spent nearly two months helping Hank with his busted ankle. She’s described as ‘smart, beautiful and mysterious’-no wonder he’ll have trouble parting ways with her once his therapy is complete.” It is unclear whether or not the character will be Wesen or Human. Co-creators of Grimm David Greenwalt and James Kouf hinted that Hank would be involved with a fairytale creature this season. But in a recent interview with TV Line, Greenwalt revealed,” There’ll be some kind of romantic thing with Hank. We’re not sure if it’s going to be a Wesen girlfriend or not.” Grimm will return to our screens with Nick (David Giuntoli) still in a zombie state from last season. Sadly it is going to take a while for our hero to return to his old self, Kouf recently told Entertainment Weekly,” It’s going to take a couple of scripts to get Nick back into shape. Gotta say, he’s having a tough time. It hasn’t been easy on him.” He also added,” Like with any near-death experience or medical issue that someone deals with, it kind of changes their lives. You have a new perspective on things, so Nick is going to have to deal with the residual effects.” Grimm premieres on Oct. 25th at 8/7 c on NBC. http://www.Twitter.com/PopWrapped https://pop-wrapped.tumblr.com http://www.SoundCloud.com/PopWrapped http://www.Facebook.com/PopWrapped http://www.Instagram.com/PopWrapped http://www.Pinterest.com/PopWrapped http://www.YouTube.com/PopWrapped https://pop-wrapped.wordpress.com http://www.PopWrapped.com
