Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue fans have been waiting, and now the answer is here. The cover of the 2015 version of the annual magazine is graced by Hannah Davis.

This is the third time the 24-year-old has been featured in the issue, but her first time on the cover. The cover shot was taken at Blackberry Farm in Tennessee by photographer Ben Watts.

Sports Illustrated  Assistant Managing Editor MJ Day had this to say about Davis:

“I didn’t think it could get better than Hannah’s Jersey Shore shoot last year, but this year everything clicked. It was perfection.”

There was no one involved who was more surprised by being chosen to appear on the cover than Davis herself, and when she was told on Tuesday (Feb. 3) that she was chosen, she questioned MJ Day.

“Are you sure? Is it definitely printed already?” Davis asked. She also admitted that she told her own mother that she would never get the cover. “I told her, ‘They do beaches for covers and I’m on a farm. There’s no way. It’s not possible.’”

Oh, but it is possible, and you can see the cover in person when the issue hits newsstands on Monday, Feb 9.
