Harry Potter And The Cursed Child Cast Shares Jokes For Red Nose Day | red nose day

Red Nose Day is a worldwide fundraiser "to help kids who need us most.” Half of the money raised is spent in the United States, while the rest is distributed among in-need communities in Latin America, Africa, and Asia. To date, these funds have helped support programs in all 50 states and programs in 25 other countries internationally.

Now, Red Nose Day has already passed our friends in the UK (March 24, 2017) but that just means everyone in the US can watch the highlights and come up with some ideas!

As the saying goes, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

Of course, we have to raise our wands to the cast of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child for their contribution. Cast members put on the iconic red nose and told jokes ranging from “What do you call a jellyfish with no eyes?” to “Where can you find Dumbledore's Army?” to “I’ve got some Siriusly funny jokes for you, and if you don’t like them, there’s something Ron with you.”

Someone get us an ice pack, we’re about to pop some stitches!

This just goes to show how Red Nose Day is not just about raising money, but making kids laugh. Laughter is the cheapest medicine and money cannot buy happiness (okay, we’ll stop with the clichés). But it is true.

The United Kingdom’s Red Nose Day 2017 has raised £73,026,234! This means America has a little less than two months to step it up!

Who knows, we may find a pot of comedy gold at the end of a rainbow. There has been plenty of rain!

Red Nose Day comes to America May 25, 2017!
