Haylie Duff is having a busy, but incredibly exciting, week!

The actress, 29, is getting her own cooking show, “Real Girl’s Kitchen,”  named after her blog and cookbook! Duff teamed up with Citizen Pictures for the project,  and it will be available on Ora.tv April 9th. Starting in June, fans will also be able to catch it on the Cooking Channel.

As for what viewers can expect, Duff told The Hollywood Reporter, “Each episode is different, and a love letter to Los Angeles.”

She also explained, “We’ll visit my good friend, Ernesto [Uchimero] at the restaurant Plan Check to learn how to make the perfect burger, or hang out in Malibu in my trailer at the trailer park at Paradise Cove. It’s a loose format. I just want people to go on culinary adventures with me.”

The actress-turned-chef also announced earlier on her blog that she is engaged to boyfriend, Matt Rosenberg.

“This week has seriously just become the best week of my life! As if announcing The Real Girl’s Kitchen tv show wasn’t enough, Matt just took me by total surprise and proposed…on April Fool’s Day of all days! The moment was genuine and sweet (like him!) and I couldn’t wait to say yes!” Duff said. “We are so excited and happy to share our wonderful news with everyone! We both feel so blessed to have the love and support of our family and friends and can’t wait to start this new adventure!”

They are one adorable couple, and we wish them nothing but the best!
