Hugh Laurie To Lead New Hulu Original 'Chance' | Hugh Laurie

Looks like everyone's favorite grouchy doctor, well the man who played him, Hugh Laurie, will be gracing your computer, TV or however you stream Hulu soon in a show called Chance.  Hulu's new show will be a thriller but we don't need to know anymore after throwing Dr. Sexy's name in the lead role.  Ok, maybe we want a few more details.

Reports state that Laurie will bring San Francisco-based forensic neuropsychiatrist Dr. Eldon Chance to life on the new Hulu series.  The show is based off of a book by Kem Nunn and will be produced by Alexandra Cunningham with Fox 21 TV Studios.  We also know that Hulu has ordered two seasons with a total of 20 episodes and we'll get it before 2016 is over!  Hulu is on it with new shows and it's amazing how many shows we watch online now versus on TV.  What more good news could you want?

Hugh Laurie is currently on a show called Veep and will be starring alongside Tom Hiddleston in AMC's The Night Manager.  Mr. Laurie has a very busy year ahead of him.  We've all missed him since his days gracing our screens as Dr. House.  He was the mean doctor we all wanted to be with.  Not surprisingly, Laurie was the first choice for this project so we bet they're very glad he agreed.

We wonder if in the mix of all this business, Laurie will record another blues album and go on another tour.  We've missed him the last two times but with how busy he's becoming, we won't make that mistake again.  So, are you excited for Chance?  Are you excited for what it will be or are you like us, just excited to see Hugh Laurie on a weekly basis?  We'll take 20 servings of Dr. Chance gladly.  Sound off with your thoughts on the subject!
