English synth-pop duo HURTS have just kicked off their brand-new era massively and it seems they won’t be holding back. Even though their forthcoming record is only coming out this fall, the two bandmates have now released another single from it, titled “Rolling Stone”.It’s not that HURTS can do wrong, but they’re doing it all oh-so-right at this point. The Stuart Price and Ariel Rechtshaid produced “Rolling Stone” is filled with their significant melodramatic strings, combined with dark romance-related lyrics. Once again, Theo and Adam managed to bring their old-school influences in today’s music amazingly, adding one more epic masterpiece to their collection. In fact, the track is a perfect sample of their well-known sound, yet at the same time it seems like the right kind of evolution. Congratulations are more than well-deserved.“Rolling Stone” serves as the second official single to be lifted from the duo’s upcoming, third studio album, Surrender. It’s a follow-up to lead single “Some Kind Of Heaven”. HURTS are expected to drop the record on October 9 and it will be their first since 2013′s brilliant Exile. For the time being, take a listen to their brand new track below.
