Ian Halperin, author of Kardashian Dynasty, has a theory about Caitlyn Jenner that he "decidedly left out" of his book.

Halperin theorizes that, based on her Christian values, Caitlyn Jenner will go back to being Bruce Jenner within three years. He bases this theory on Jenner's religious background and "alleged struggle to find comfort in her new skin."

“I believe within three years, Caitlyn will de-transition,” Halperin told Page Six on Thursday. “I think it’s all going to come to fruition. I say Caitlyn is still homophobic. [She] is a believing Christian and my sources say [she] struggles every day with the idea of being gay, which is a sin according to what she believes in. She said many times that she is not gay. Again, my sources say it’s been so hard on her, there’s been so many bouts of fits [and] depression, that they see small signs that point to that fact.”

Other unnamed entities have started discussing Jenner's possible de-transition. This is on the heels of Jenner's Vanity Fair cover shot and Halperin's interview with The Wrap.

“One source confirmed to me Caitlyn has made whispers of ‘sex change regret,’ hinting she might go back to being Bruce Jenner,” Halperin told the site.

“People said it but recently I had very good corroboration about how hard it’s been for Caitlyn,” Halperin added. “Of course I put [in the book] why Bruce rushed to the transition so quickly, I say because of the car accident where he killed Kim Howe. It wouldn’t have happened so quickly. I say it was mis-direction because the media and the public were all over him for that. He was afraid of homicide charges.”

The car accident in question happened in February. At Jenner's December trial, prosecutors declined to press further charges largely due to lack of evidence.

While Caitlyn Jenner has not made a personal statement on the matter, her rep has denied any and all talks about de-transition, claiming "It's not true."

Jenner's rep also claims neither Jenner nor her rep team have heard of Ian Halperin or his book.

But Halperin does not like that answer, and wants Jenner to prove "she's being honest" and "take a polygraph test."
