Staff WriterApparently, Lindsay Lohan is back off the wagon, and in a big way. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, the troubled star is using the money and apartment she's gained from Oprah Winfrey to create her own "personal drug den." Lohan is reportedly earning $2 million for an eight episode reality series entitled Oprah's Next Chapter. A source claimed that “Lindsay was 100 percent doing lines of cocaine at the apartment Oprah got her. She was doing it out in the open, in front of three friends.” The 27 year old actress finished her sixth stint in rehab, which was court ordered and 90 days, and her first televised interview was with Winfrey in August. The two decided that now Lohan was back on the road to recovery, it would 'be good if people shared that with [Lohan] and saw a different side of [her]'. According to Perez Hilton, earlier this month Oprah admitted to 'bumps' during the filming of the docu-series, saying it hasn't been easy, and that Lohan had caused filming schedule problems. However, she said, 'That's life'. Winfrey also confirmed that they were still filming, despite at times not knowing the erratic actress' whereabouts. Now it seems things have taken a turn for the worse. The source, as reported by Perez Hilton, claims the apartment rented for the reality series is being seriously misused by Lohan. They claim she ended up with several models who 'went with Lindsay to her house and did a bunch of blow'. And more than that, the source also claimed the following: 'At Thanksgiving she told me, "I own Oprah's Next Chapter. What is she without me? Oprah is so 2009!"' Which, apart from being rather rude, is also very arrogant, to say the least. We have one actress who has repeatedly been in and out of both rehab and court due to her misdemeanours. And then we have Oprah, a strong, powerful woman, a true icon of the age. Lohan thinking she 'owns' her is laughable. And she should be careful. Around January 13, a story published by the Chicago Defender claimed in one scene of the new series, Oprah tells Lohan that if she doesn't want to 'win', she will tell the film crew to 'pack up and leave today'. Any more troublesome behaviour and Winfrey may just follow through on these threats. Let's hope this is all made up, or at least exaggerated, because even if you aren't rooting for Lohan to get her life together, you can't help but want it to work, just for Oprah. Lohan also recently teased a new film that she will star in and produce, Inconceivable, said to be an erotic thriller. It will be her first post-rehab film. The series, Oprah's Next Chapter, is due to air on March 9 on OWN.
