No “Cruel” joke here, everyone: Ryan Philippe is (possibly) coming back to TV!
After a guest role in the final season of Damages as Channing McClaren, Ryan Phillippe is planning a return to television with a role in the upcoming ABC series, Secrets & Lies.
The Cruel Intentions star (which is one of my FAVORITE movies!) is currently in final negotiations to star in the series role. The series, which originated in Australia, will find Phillippe as a man falsely accused of murdering a young child. He then sets out to prove his innocence against all odds.
Best known for his work in Intentions, as well as Crash and 54, this will be Phillipe’s most recent return to television acting since Damages.
