Jennifer Lopez comes to TV this fall in “Shades of Blue”.  The new cop show is directed by Barry Levinson (You Don’t Know Jack) and stars Ray Liotta and Drea de Matteo alongside Lopez.  What we know so far is the show will follow Detective Harlee Santos (Lopez) who plays a bad cop turned good.  The show will focus on the fact that all of us have a different compass when it comes to morality and where to draw the line.

Speaking of her character, Jennifer describes it as how doing the wrong thing could still be the right thing will be a running theme.

It appears to be quite the trend with TV shows Chicago P.D. and Law & Order taking on similar storylines with their characters.

The show will have 13 episodes on NBC and according to Lopez we can look for it in early 2016.

In the meantime, Jennifer has plenty of work to keep her busy.

She performed at the Mawazine Festival in Morocco on last Friday, and will be a judge for American Idol’s final season, plus she has a 2016 Las Vegas residency show to prepare.

Here’s a look, tweeted by @JLo (official Twitter) herself!
