It has been announced that John Corbett will be back to reprise his role as Seth for episode 13 of the NBC drama series Parenthood, according to TVLine. For those who might not remember, Corbett’s character was Sarah Braverman’s ex-husband and father to her children, who constantly seemed to be dragging her down and leaving a bigger mess behind when he’d take off.
Apparently, Amber “unexpectedly drops by the restaurant where he’s (Seth) employed.” It seems that she will even get into a “little tiff with a fellow diner.” Wondering if this will have anything to do with the Amber and Ryan’s current relationship status?
Corbett was last seen on Parenthood in season 3 as a recovering drug addict. He was in rehab, trying to get his life straightened out and cleaning up some of the bridges he’d previously burned.
Corbett has since appeared on NCIS: LA and United States of Tara.
Last week, we reported that another love interest, Mark Cyr (Jason Ritter), will also be returning to the show for one episode later on in the season. Though, it doesn’t seem that he or Seth will directly come in contact with Sarah.
Catch Parenthood on Thursdays at 10/9c on NBC. It will next air Dec. 12.
