You may recognise him as Warbler John from Glee, or as Adam from the web series Destroy the Alpha Gammas, either way, Jon Hall is well known for his singing and dancing abilities. Abilities which have taken him all the way to The Venetian in Las Vegas and into the role of Stacee Jaxx in the stage production of Rock of Ages.

JonHall2Starting from November 5, Jon takes over from Kyle Lowder who has moved on to star in the lead role in Joseph & The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at the Media Theatre in Pennsylvania.

Rock of Ages is set in L.A’s infamous Sunset Strip in 1987 and tells the story of Drew, a boy from South Detroit and Sherrie, a small town girl, both in L.A. to chase their dreams of making it big and falling in love. Rock of Ages takes you back to the times of big bands with big egos playing big guitar solos and sporting even bigger hair! The hilarious, feel-good love story celebrates the great rock songs of the 80’s including such sing-out-loud songs as “Every Rose Has It’s Thorn”, “I Wanna Know What Love Is”, “Here I Go Again”, “Don’t Stop Believin’” and more.

Performances are held Sundays and Tuesdays-Fridays, at 8pm and Saturdays at 7pm & 10pm. Tickets are available through The Venetian’s website.

From all of us here at PopWrapped, I’d like to congratulate Jon on this awesome achievement and wish him all the best for his run on the stage.
