Veep star, Julia-Louis Dreyfus bares it all on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine. The 53 year old actress looks fabulous with the US Constitution tattooed on her back…fake of course!
John Hancock’s signature is right above her derriere, but the founding father didn’t sign the US Constitution. Politico contacted the magazine about the issue and assumed it was done on purpose, imitating Dreyfus’ character in Veep.
Melissa Bruno, the publicity director for Wenner Media, sent the following statement on behalf of Rolling Stone’s editors: “The Declaration of Independence is on the other side but we couldn’t fit in all the signatures.”
Dreyfus took it to twitter to comment on the issue by writing a funny tweet:
“Hancock signed Dec. of Independence NOT Constitution.Yet another Mike fuck-up.Dummy.#veep #crackexcuse @VeepHBO @mrmattwalsh cc@rollingstone”
In the magazine, the delightful star talks about her accomplishments in the entertainment business. She proudly recounts her three successful shows: Seinfield, The New Adventures of Old Christine, and Veep. The HBO show, Veep kicks off its third season on Sunday. Dreyfus plays Selina Meyer, who is the vice president of the United States.
The magazine hits newsstands this Friday, April 11, 2014!
