Shannon Connolly Staff Writer@xxShaannonxx Actress Julia Robert's half sister Nancy Motes' body has recently been cremated in a private ceremony. Her ashes will now be taken to her hometown in Smyrna, Georgia. Motes' fiancé John Dilbeck did not attend. There is no word on Roberts going or not. On February 13, Nancy Motes was found dead at a home in Brentwood, Los Angeles. It had appeared that Motes, at the age of 37, committed suicide. According to a source from Radar Online, John is now in a legal battle with the Roberts family as he works to find out who is entitled to what with regards to Motes' belongings. The source also said, "It's very sad because there are some disputes about who has rights to Nancy's possessions also." Motes apparently left a five-page suicide note which explained how Oscar-winning actress Roberts apparently "drove her to do this." Even though the letter was not released, a Los Angeles County Coroner spokesman, Capt. John Kades, confirmed that the note might have been found. Another source said "There were three pages of rantings that her sister drove her to do this. There was one page to her mom, telling her how much she loved her and one page apologizing to her fiancé John."
