Justin Bieber’s collaboration with Jack U (Skrillex and Diplo) was a nice surprise earlier this summer, but his real comeback is coming at the end of this month.
The 21-year-old stopped by On Air with Ryan Seacrest earlier this week to announce his new single, “What Do You Mean?,” produced by Jason “Pooh Bear” Boyd.
“Girls are often just flip-floppy. They say something and then they mean something else,” he explained to Seacrest on the song’s inspiration. “It’s uptempo, it’s fun, summery.”
He’s already brought some superstar friends on board to promote–possible collaboration hints? Hmm.

As someone who became a fan because I was so impressed by Believe, his last album, I’m looking forward to this.
So, has he still got it after his three-year break? We’ll find out.
Look out for “What Do You Mean?” on August 28.
