Justin Bieber Engaged And Selena Gomez Doesn’t Care

Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin have only been together for a few weeks but Bieber proposed while the pair was on vacation in the Bahamas. The two have known each other since 2009, but this engagement is still sudden. This news comes as a shock but we’d think it’d be even more so for Selena Gomez, his on again off again ex. But a source close to Gomez shared that the singer doesn’t care. Justin still has his Selena Gomez angel tattoo, though which could mean anything. Fans of Jelena probably hope its means he still loves Gomez, but for now he’s all about Baldwin.

Who is Hailey Baldwin? She is the daughter of Stephen Baldwin (a Baldwin brother) who is religious and not an actor. She has dated other people much like Bieber in the years they knew each other. Baldwin even dated Shawn Mendes sharing jealousy about Jelena on her Twitter account. Bieber and Baldwin have dated since knowing each other in 2009, but they’ve been mostly off, rarely on.  She began her career in modeling with a few spots on television, but has had mostly a lackluster career. None of that matters to Bieber because he’s chosen to spend the rest of his life with her.

Speculation will surround the couple’s engagement because of the very short timeframe, but that’s par for the course. Will Hailey be as good at handling all the attention and rumors that Justin is so used to? Is she pregnant? Somebody has to ask, we know Ariana Grande got the same reaction after announcing her engagement to Pete Davidson, and she slayed with her responses.

All speculation aside, we hope Justin and Hailey are very much in love and we wish them all the luck in their future together. Marriage is work and much more then a love song.
