Madonna's Art For Freedom initiative is getting ready to start the third wave of PSAs in the "(We Are) #GayPropaganda" movement. Katy Perry has also been helping out during the month of January, with the two musical talents using this latest PSA video, called "The Peace Sign," to speak out against Russia's policies on the LGBT community. According to HuffPost, Perry will help select an artist whose "creative expression demonstrates a unique view of the fight for human rights." About the opportunity, Katy said, "I am so fortunate to have the freedoms to express myself through music. Now I'm calling all of my incredibly creative Katycats to use their talent to show Madonna and me how they express their freedom. I believe that 2014 can be a year of social change. Together we can all stand for human rights." The Art for Freedom initiative encourages and promotes freedom of speech. Madonna invites guest judges to hand-select submissions on her website. Madonna will be giving $10,000 to the winner's choice of non-profit organization. Keep up the good work, ladies! Check out "The Peace Sign" video below. [youtube=]
