Keith Lemon Confirms ‘Keith Lemon: The Film’ Sequel!

Abbie Bethell
Staff Writer

It seems just one film wasn’t enough for Celebrity Juice presenter Keith Lemon, who has confirmed a follow-up to his 2012 movie Keith Lemon: The Film.

Keith Lemon: The Film took over £4m ($4.6m) at the box office, and featured a number of cameos from some of Lemon’s celebrity friends: Kelly Brook, Gary Barlow, Ronan Keating, Verne Troyer, David Hasselhoff, and fellow Celebrity Juice co-stars Fearne Cotton and Holly Willoughby.

Real name Leigh Francis; he adopted the alter-ego of Keith Lemon after a number of appearances in sketch-show Bo’ Selecta!  The more television appearances he made as ‘Keith Lemon,’ the more he got noticed and finally got his own show. Known for his crude humour, Lemon then got his own film.

Talking to Digital Spy he said ‘Next year I’ll be doing another film, but I’m not allowed to talk about that, so I won’t’. When asked if the film will be a sequel to Keith Lemon: The Film, he answered ‘Yeah, but it’ll be on a different location, I know what I’m doing, but I’ve only written four pages’.

There’s no denying the fact that people’s opinions are divided on the man or just Keith Lemon alone, so the latest news of a sequel will either fill people with joy or frustration.

What do you think of the news, are you happy there will be a second? Or did you want the first to film to be the last?
