A-lister Hollywood actress, Kristen Stewart, has been acting since she was eight-years-old. 25- year-old Stewart's first role was only a speaking role in Disney Channel's TV movie, The Thirteenth Year. After that, she starred in other Disney Channel films, but her breakthrough role on the big screen was her role as Jodie Foster's movie daughter in Panic Room (2002).
Stewart's next major role that made her into the popular actress she is today is as Isabella "Bella" Swan in Catherine Hardwicke's 2008 film, Twilight. After Twilight, she reprised the role in The Twilight Saga: New Moon (2009), The Twilight Saga: Eclipse (2010), The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn- Part 1 (2011), and The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn- Part 2 (2012).
Because of her starring role in the Twilight films, Stewart is a master at acting in saga films and walking on the red carpet. A downside of starring in popular films is having to put up with the paparazzi and being someone everyone expects you to be.
Just this year, a new Star Wars film, Star Wars: the Force Awakens directed by J.J Abrams premiered. Their new leading female star, 23-year-old Daisy Ridley, is breaking into the industry. Since Star Wars has many sequels, Ridley will be known for these films like Stewart is known for her role in the Twilight films.
Zach Johnson wrote an article on EOnline.com,"Kristen Stewart Talks Twilight 'Baggage' and Offers Star Wars: The Force Awakens Newcomer Daisy Ridley Advice." A great piece of advice that Stewart gives Ridley is, "Focus on the fact that you're stoked 'cause you're doing the work that you want to do. It's literally mainly just focusing on what makes you happy. And if losing your anonymity or whatever doesn't make you happy, then focus on something else." This is great advice for the young actress also starring in a film franchise that is powerful in the theaters and loved by many fans.
