Happy Thanksgiving Lea Michele fans!

Earlier today, Lea took to her Twitter account to announce that she had some “very exciting news to share with us.”

Shortly after this, she posted that her very first single from her debut album Louder, will be called, “Cannonball”. Michele also included the cover artwork for the song, which looks stunning, by the way.

“Cannonball” was written by Sia, who is a singer and songwriter from Australia, with other songs on the album including “She Wolf,” “Breathe Me,” “My Love” and “Soon We’ll Be Found.”

Lea also added that the single will be available instantly on Dec. 10, if you buy her album for pre-order on iTunes.

We know she has been hard at work in the studio, even adding a couple songs in honor of the late Cory Monteith, who was Lea’s on-screen love interest and boyfriend in real life.

We can’t wait to hear what Ms.Michele comes up with! One thing’s for sure, you know every note will be spot on.
