Little Mix And Simon Cowell Don’t Work As Closely As You May Think

Despite being on Simon Cowell’s music label, Syco, the Little Mix girls have revealed they don’t actually work closely with him on their music.

Whilst working on Salute, their second album, the girls said they hadn’t been in touch with him at all. Which, to be fair, is understandable; he does have X Factor USA and a baby to prepare for.

During a recent Google+ hangout, Jesy Nelson said, “We don’t really work with him to be honest,” whilst Perrie Edwards furthered:  “We see him on the TV every now and again.”

Their Hangout involved fan questions, one asking to sum up Salute in one word. There were a few mediocre ideas, with “feisty”, “brilliant” and “harmonies” being a few suggestions. But Edwards won the round with “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious; you can’t just sum it up in one word because it’s so versatile.”

Move is the next single to be released from their album, which has been previously described to Digital Spy by Little Mix, as a risk: “It’s so different that it means you have to listen to it a few times to get your head around it.”

Move is released November 3.

Let us know what you think of the album; maybe in one word you can beat Little Mix’s suggestions!
