Idris Elba recently let slip that he and Tom Hiddleston would be returning as Heimdall and Loki for a brief appearance in Avengers: Age of Ultron. Now there’s news that we may see even more of Loki in the sequel!

The film finished shooting this past August, but Marvel has also scheduled a two-week period next month for additional photography. Chris Hemsworth, Robert Downey Jr., Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Paul Bettany, and Scarlett Johansson were all asked to clear their schedules for the filming, but one additional surprising name was also on the list: Loki himself, Tom Hiddleston!

It must be noted that just because Tom has been asked to “be available” it doesn’t guarantee that he will actually be used, but hope springs eternal in the heart of every Hiddlestoner that the scenes will be blessed with more of Loki’s mischief!
