Ludacris is one happy daddy! People
reports that he has won full custody of his 13-month-old daughter, Cai.
Ludacris, whose legal name is Chris Bridges, has been locked in a fierce legal battle with Cai's mother, Tamika Fuller.
Fuller had previously claimed
that Bridges wanted her to get an abortion. She also asked for additional child support during the case. Ludacris fired back, saying that Tamika was not happy with the amount calculated by the Georgia Paternity system, which states how much child support she should receive. He claimed that he had paid $3,500 before the child was even two weeks old.
On Monday, a judge ruled in Ludacris' favor, granting him full custody of his daughter.
"After review of all the evidence, the testimony of the witnesses, the report of the guardian ad litem, and the claims made throughout this entire case, I am gratified that the judge found me to be the most fit and proper parent to have primary physical custody of our beautiful daughter," Ludacris said in a statement to People.
Ludacris is newly married to Eudoxie Mbouguiyengue, and has a 13-year-old daughter named Karma from a previous relationship.
