Putting a show together is a lot of work! Rehearsals, visual effects, sound quality--it has to be perfect. Madonna, bless her, does not want to let her fans down in any way. Unfortunately, that means she has to postpone her Rebel Heart tour.
The tour was going to start August 29th, but she's pushed it back to September 9th. That means we won't start in Miami, but Montreal. But never fear, dear fans! The cities from the original start of her tour haven't been cut, just moved. Miami, Puerto Rico, San Juan, and Atlanta will now have their tour dates moved to January 2016.
Madonna released an official apology to her fans, promising an amazing show.
"As my fans already know, the show has to be perfect. Assembling all the elements will require more time than we realized. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause my fans. I can promise you this show will be worth the wait. Can't wait to share it with all my Rebel Hearts out there."
Madonna originally announced the tour in March earlier this year, and has since appeared at the Brit Awards and the IHeart Radio Music Awards.
