Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Mariah Carey has released the music video for her new single “You’re Mine (Eternal).”

The video features a topless Carey in a sparkly, man-made Eden, with none other than Trey Songz to pose as her hunky Adam.

The single was co-written and co-produced by Carey along with hit-maker Rodney Jerkins.

The single is just one in a line of lovesick musings that have been keeping Carey’s passionate lyrics a Valentine’s Day staple over three decades.

Fans of her work have long known that, whether she’s heartbroken, smitten, or steamy, Carey is an expert in the R&B love ballad.

The relatively sparse Darkchild production may come off as a new auto-tuned sound for Mariah, but her jaw-dropping high notes at the end of the song confirm that it’s still the same Mariah Carey we’ve always loved.

The track, a follow-up to previous releases “#Beautiful” and “The Art of Letting Go,” is now available worldwide.

The studio album, Carey’s 14th, will be released in the UK on May 5 and a day later in the U.S.
