Matthew Morrison Collabs with Smokey Robinson!

It looks like Glee’s own Matthew Morrison is adding more big names to his list of collaborators.

After collaborating with Gwenyth Paltrow, Sting, and Elton John on his self-titled first album, Morrison is adding to the extensive list for his sophomore album Where it all Began.

His sophomore album, will feature everyone’s favorite show tunes including “Luck Be a Lady,” and “Send in The Clowns “. Morrison will be collaborating with Smokey Robinson for a rendition of “Ease on Down the Road,” from The Wiz.

Morrison told CTV that, “He’s just an amazing, beautiful man. I love him so much.” Morrison added that while he prefers women, the 73-year-old musician could melt him with his green eyes.

The late Phil Ramone of The Ramones was the producer for Morrison’s sophomore album. Morrison also told CTV that Ramone was in fact his dream producer and that when he agreed to produce the album, it was “a game changer.”

Matthew Morrison is known for his stage work on Broadway in shows like Hairspray, Light At The Piazza, and South Pacific. He is most notable for his work as Mr. Schuester on Glee.

Where it All Began will be the first album released off of Adam Levine’s label, “222 Records,” on June 6.
