The McDonald’s All-Day Breakfast Task Force may have pulled through successfully with their goal, and 24/7 McGriddles might be a possibility as soon as October for some locations.

According to a memo sent out by McDonald’s Corp., they have noticed the strong demand to this addition for years from numerous customers. “Our crew in the test markets enjoy this new platform because it makes changeover much smoother,” the memo states.

This news arrives after a track of not-so-impressive sales, attributed primarily to Taco Bell’s breakfast menu introduction.

LeAnn Richards, leader of the Task Force, wants to be clear that all-day breakfast is not a guarantee. ”We want to make it clear that we are not being presumptive that this will launch,” she writes in the memo. “We want to make sure the system is ready to turn quickly and launch all day breakfast should all of you believe and support that direction.”
