Miley Cyrus Blasts Twitter In Her Ongoing War With Social Media

Miley Cyrus has a very love-hate relationship with the social media site Twitter. As many people probably remember back in October of 2009 Cyrus infamously quit the site and posted a YouTube video explaining that she quit the site because she wanted to “keep her private life private”.

Keeping her private life private seemed to be short-lived as a year and a half later (April 2011) she eventually rejoined the site. She said she rejoined the site for her fans and the “Sheenious” aka Charlie Sheen, when he had joined Twitter.

Her most recent problem with Twitter came in the form of a tweet. On this past Friday morning she sent out a tweet saying:

There’s no word on why she sent out the mysterious tweet but it seems a bit hypocritical of her to say considering she’s gone on a few Twitter rants of her own. One being a series of tweets she sent out in January this year about the paparazzi.

“Hope this paparazzi/JB accident brings on some changes in ’13 Paparazzi are dangerous! Wasn’t Princess Di enough of a wake up call?!”

“It is unfair for anyone to put this on Justin’s conscious as well! This was bound to happen! Your mom teaches you when you’re a child not”

“to play in the street! The chaos that comes with the paparazzi acting like fools makes it impossible for anyone to make safe choices”

Those just show part of the hate side with the social media site but she also seems to have a love for it as she’s always posting pictures of herself, her dogs and other things she might be doing throughout the day. Cyrus has also used the site to promote her upcoming album and singles.

Cyrus will probably always have a love-hate relationship with the site and while she seems to be back on good terms with Twitter now, it’s probably just a matter of time before that love turns to dislike yet again.
