For once Miley Cyrus is making headlines for her music. The singer is currently number one in both the UK Singles and Album Chart.
Her new album Bangerz is Cyrus’ first UK Number One album, and her single “Wrecking Ball” has entered the singles chart straight in at number one. “Wrecking Ball” is the singer’s second number one single from Bangerz as “We Can’t Stop” was number one earlier this year, and Miley is obviously very happy with the chart success.
Speaking to the Official Charts Company the twerking sensation said “I truly appreciate the love I’m getting from the UK. Not only is this my second number one single, but even more amazing is my album has also gone in at number one! I can’t wait to be back in the UK next month.”
